There is no single book that can provide you the same level of support in the way a parent coach can. Often times it is difficult to assess what you really need while you’re in the midst of chaos. Each family dynamic is unique, which means there is no ‘one size fits all approach’. That’s why parent coaching is so effective. I spend one on one time with you discussing your concerns and issues, rather than broad, generalized problems. My goal is to shift your mindset to focus on your children’s strengths and positive attributes while simultaneously helping you regain your identity as a parent. When you feel good about yourself, your confidence is high, and your children will respond to that by thriving.
Why do you need parent coaching?
In a world filled with fitness coaches, life coaches, career coaches and even pet coaches, you may lose sight of the benefit and meaning of the industry anymore. A coach is a professional friend who has your best interests at heart. At the very core of it, coaching is the practice of building up, teaching, and encouraging people to be the very best they can, for the improvement of their life, and the lives of others. Parenting is not black and white text book with all the do’s and don’ts of child rearing, you are certainly not alone in this most noble calling. It takes a village to raise a child, and parent coaches are here to be part of that village.
